- All heat-treatment processes are checked and controlled very closely to avoid carburization or decarburization.
- Hardening and Tempering take place in furnaces, which give the strip a very high standard of flatness and very close strength tolerances.
- In the shearing and edge treatment operations methods are used which give straight strip with edge profiles to suit the end product.
- Sheared debarred edges : The edges resulting from rotary shearing are deburred.
- The strip is ground in machines which can be adapted to all surface finished requirements are which ensures consistency of quality right through the strip and from one batch to the next.

Strip in standard size is immediately available from our central stocking facilities. Non-standard sizes can be produced for delivery at short notice.
